Shipping Destinations
Currently, we offer shipping within the United States, including all 50 states, as well as Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is coming soon! We’re actively working on expanding our reach to serve customers worldwide, and we’ll update you as soon as this service is available.
Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can easily follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders, with no minimum purchase required. For faster delivery, we also offer expedited shipping. Here are your options:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days within the U.S. and comes at no cost to you.
Expedited Shipping: If you need your items sooner, choose our expedited shipping option, which delivers in 2–3 business days for a fee of $20.
While we strive to meet these delivery times, please note that delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by factors like weather conditions, holidays, or other external delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to track the status of your order directly through the carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any delays, lost packages, or other delivery issues, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring your items arrive safely.
Delivery Address
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Luxe Vault is not responsible for items that are delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there’s an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you before your package is shipped.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by issuing a replacement or processing a refund.
Return Shipping
For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or if there was an error with your order. Please contact us to initiate a return and we’ll guide you through the process.
Shipping Insurance
All orders are shipped with standard shipping insurance to cover any loss or damage during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.
